• Support major organizations through tech transformations by leading change management deliverables. some of my favourite projects include:
  • Support the facilitation of a psychological safety survey for a hospital construction site and provide a bi-annual presentation and report with recommendations on making it a more respectful workplace
  • Support a major fashion and retail organization make their supply chain processes more sustainable through supporting their people through the change
  • Drive around Alberta to capture the experiences rural customers have with a major energy organization and how their experiences can be improved
• Lead the first Change Insights survey deployment in Canada 🇨🇦 (tldr: Change Insights is like Qualtrics but places a higher focus on change management insights and data)
• Lead internal initiatives such as onboarding, the peer support network and spreading the news about what our team does throughout EY
• PM-ed a lot (even PM-ing my own projects, especially when i was managing 9 projects at the same time)
• Learned a ton about change management (when the adkar model’s used, change happens!) and completed my Prosci certification
